A Quiet Evening in Paris

The city lights spilled through the curtains as she turned to me, and for a moment the whole world narrowed to the space between us…

Roleplay

The ultimate game for two. And you both write it.

Nobody hands you this story. You build it against each other, one move at a time — and neither of you knows where the other is about to take it. That's the game.

You control your character. Your partner controls theirs. Everything else — the room, the people in it, what goes wrong — is narrated around the two of you. The narrator brings the scene to your door and stops there, because what your character does next isn't its call.

Rain finds the gap in the archive roof and lands, one drop at a time, on the page between you.

"Read it again," she says, and pushes the book back across the table without letting go of it.

Ask to bring this to a close

1

Cast it

Name your character and theirs, pick a genre, and say what kicks the whole thing off.

2

Make your move

Write what your character does — or take one of three suggestions. The narrator writes the scene around it.

3

Hand it over

They get a notification, and the story sits there waiting for them. Days can pass. It'll keep.

Stories end when you both agree — one proposes, the other accepts.

Start one together

Or write one alone — in a minute

Not features. Four things that happen to the two of you.

They read their own name

Your characters, your setting, your mood. Nothing generic — the story only makes sense for you two.

A turn each, not a monologue

You move your character. They move theirs. The narrator handles the room, the weather and the trouble.

Nobody reads over your shoulder

You set the temperature

Tender, Warm, Romance, Hot, Unfiltered — five settings, not two. Move it mid-story if the mood does.

How it works

From a spark of an idea to a story you'll want to read out loud — in under a minute.

1

Say what you want

Characters, setting, mood — or just one honest sentence about what should happen.

2

It comes back written

Seconds later: a vivid, personalized story. Refine any part, or keep going where it stopped.

3

Seal it and send it

Keep it, read it together, or send it across and let them open it alone.

No feed. No audience.

Write it after dark and let them open it when they're alone. Nothing here is public, nothing gets recommended to anyone, and no one else is reading over your shoulder.

What happens between you, stays between you

Your stories are encrypted on your device before they're saved — we store only the scrambled text. We don't read them, train on them, or sell them, and they're never shown to anyone else. Sharing with your partner is scoped to just the two of you.

How turns work in roleplay

One move you send = one turn. Whoever starts the story pays for it — if they’re on Premium or holding a turn pack, their partner never needs a plan of their own to play. Only when the host runs dry does each of you spend your own five free turns.

Our story

How Fantasify started

A year ago I was at a cabin in the woods with my partner. No signal, a fire going, the kind of quiet where your mind finally slows down.

I've written intimate stories before — not for anyone else, for the person next to me. Putting a fantasy into words, with your names in it, says things out loud you'd never quite manage otherwise. It brought us closer every time.

Writing one well takes time, though, and not everyone thinks of themselves as a writer. That weekend the idea was simple: make it something anyone could do.

One thing was non-negotiable from that first night — it had to be private. If people are going to be honest about what they want, no one can be reading over their shoulder. So every story is encrypted on your device. Privacy wasn't a feature I added later; it's the reason this could exist at all.

Built to help two people feel a little more wanted, a little more open, a little more in love.
