Fantasify Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use Fantasify

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Fantasify, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use this app.

Fantasify is operated by Martin Aichler, IČO 88306321, registered office Stránského 1049/24, 412 01 Litoměřice, Czech Republic.

2. What Fantasify Is

Fantasify is an AI-powered app that generates personalized adult fiction stories based on your preferences. You can:

• Generate stories with custom characters, settings, and moods
• Continue or edit stories you've created
• Share a story by email or a private link, or export it to PDF (premium)

Story generation is powered by the OpenRouter API. Payments are handled by Stripe on the web and by the Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases via RevenueCat) in the mobile apps.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.

Sharing a story with someone is always your deliberate choice — nothing is shared automatically.

4. Your Content

You own the stories you generate. We don't claim ownership.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content back to you. We do not:

• Sell or share your stories with third parties
• Use your stories to train AI models
• Make your stories visible to other users without your action

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

• Any sexual content involving minors, anyone under 18, or age-play
• Non-consensual sexual scenarios, including rape or sexual violence
• Incest (including step-relatives) or bestiality
• Sexual content depicting real, identifiable people (including public figures) without their consent
• Hate speech or content targeting protected groups
• Illegal activities

The AI will refuse prohibited requests. Repeated attempts will result in account suspension.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier: 2 stories per month
• Premium (monthly): 50 stories/month, 100 continuations, unlimited sharing & export
• Premium (annual): Same as monthly, billed yearly
• One-time unlock: share & export a single story without a subscription

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. One-time unlocks do not renew. No refunds on digital content once consumed.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store's payment terms also apply and subscriptions are managed in your store account. This agreement is between you and Fantasify, not Apple or Google; the app stores are not responsible for the app or its content. Payment questions: info@fantasify.app

7. Content Quality

AI-generated stories may not perfectly match your preferences every time. This is the nature of AI. If you're unhappy with a result, you can regenerate, continue, or edit the story. No refunds for story quality.

8. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for full details. The short version: your stories are private, we don't sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from the Profile page — all your data is removed within 30 days.

10. Liability

Fantasify is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, relationship outcomes, or issues arising from AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Generated stories are fiction for entertainment only. We are not a therapeutic or psychological service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved in Czech courts. Before legal action, parties agree to 30 days of informal negotiation.
